Due to the nature of this business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 30 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase, provided you complete 30% courses.

The only requirement to avail of a refund is to complete 30% of courses 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may email us at refund@muscletailors.com within 30 days of the purchase and qualify for the refund.

The refund policy for “The fitness model in me- membership” will end before the 30 day period when you have filled up the T-shirt delivery form. It would mean you have accepted the membership.

All refunds will be calculated according to the actual purchase price paid at the time of purchase.

If you are mistakenly sent a different product than what you ordered, or if the product is defective upon receipt, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

 Excluded from this warranty’s coverage are challenge purchases, Bodybuilding chemistry ebook, The Perfect PCT ebook and the Quantum(anabolics) membership.

If the contestant is unable to participate during the contest month they signed up for, please send an email to hello@muscletailors.com and the contestant will be moved to a future contest month of their choice.

We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For International Orders, It might take up to a month or two for the shipment to arrive.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Muscle Tailors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Muscle Tailors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
